Music Library Staff Guide: Blair Academy Card Application

Blair Academy Students, Blair Keyboard members and Blair Patron Society Members can apply online!

Blair-affiliated users can apply at https://www.library.vanderbilt.edu/music/music-library-collections-registration/.

Users can find this on their own by going to the Music Library Home Page-Students-Music Library Card Application
Look up the user in Alma to see if a record exists before helping the patron register for a card.
After a user registers, ask them to identify themselves by the username they specified.
Users will receive a physical card in the mail within 1-2 weeks.

Send non-Blair-affiliated users to a full-time staff member if they are interested in using services at the Music Library.
