One of the most useful features in the Advance Search is the ability to limit by date range. Use yyyy-mm-dd format for full dates. You may also use only year (ex. 2009) or year/month (ex. 1999-04 for April 1999). If you want to limit a search to performances within a certain date range, the second date should be the earliest date you do NOT want to include in the search (“up to but not including”). For example, if you want recordings just from 2005, the first date should be 2005 and the second should be 2006.
Results retrieved can be sorted in chronological or reverse chronological order for easy perusal.
