Aviary Metadata Guidelines/Standards within Item Records:

Within item records, the following Aviary fields should be populated using the following recommendations. Some notes may only apply to the batch upload job (ZIP) process and are indicated below by referencing the relevant CSV file. But, the recommended controlled vocabularies still apply to all methods of input.
