Adding or Editing Metadata After an Upload:

You may not have included much metadata in your package import.  If you would like to add or edit metadata after your import, you can do so either one at a time, by editing each resource individually, or by exporting the metadata CSV file, editing that, and re-uploading it.

Individual Resource Edit:

Open the “Resources” tab and click the green “Edit” button by the resource you want to edit.

You can edit data under “General Settings,” “Manage Media Files,” and “Resource Detail.”

Bulk CSV Edit:

To edit multiple resources at once, select the resources you want to edit and click on “Table Options.” You can make certain changes by selecting “Bulk Edit Options,” but if you want to make more detailed changes, select “Export Resources to CSV.”

You will get an email with a link to download the CSV file. Open this file and make updates. If you would like to delete data from a cell, delete that cell’s existing text and enter [TRUNCATE]. Leaving a cell blank that previously contained data will not erase the data when you re-upload the file.

Select “Import Bulk Metadata Edit CSV” to re-upload your CSV file.
