The purpose of the Meal Donation Bank is to combat food insecurity on campus by allowing students to donate extra meal swipes to other students. Students can fill out an application to receive extra meals.
The Office of Student Care Coordination fosters well being and success by identifying concerns and coordinating support for students facing life events that may interfere with their academic and personal goals using a proactive, collaborative, and student-centered approach. The Office of Student Care Coordination strives to empower students to take an active role in their wellbeing and to promote a culture of care within the Vanderbilt community. Our goal is for students to have the right support, in the right place, at the right time.
The Student Care Network is a holistic network of services and resources pertaining to health and wellness available to all Vanderbilt University students. The Office of Student Care Coordination (OSCC) is available to help students navigate all of the various care resources on campus. For instance, if a student is in need and is not sure where to go for what, they can come through our office and we can help connect them to the most helpful services.
Free Thrift Shop
Vanderbilt Student Government (VSG) has converted the former Vanderbilt Student Communications office, Room 307c in Sarratt Student Center, into a permanent, free thrift store, run on donations from the student body. The store opened on Nov. 29 and is available to all members of the Vanderbilt community.
VU Sexual Misconduct Support and Training Information
Vanderbilt University seeks to maintain a safe and healthy environment for all students. Vanderbilt takes reports of sexual misconduct and intimate partner violence seriously, and how Vanderbilt responds depends on, among other things, the facts and circumstances of the specific incident, the wishes of the victim, to whom it was reported, and the University's obligations under applicable federal and state laws.
