Welcome to the Reflection Room at Peabody Library, a dedicated space for meditation, reflection, and stress reduction. This tranquil environment is designed to provide a peaceful retreat where you can unwind, practice mindfulness, and rejuvenate.

Spring 2025 Reflection Room Facilitated Sessions Schedule

A variety of facilitator-led sessions will be available in the 2025 Spring semester. The sessions will begin Monday, Feb. 24, and end Friday, May 2.

Lectio Divina: This practice brings the ancient practices of spiritual reading, contemplation, and silence to the modern day. It is inspired by ancient tradition but reimagined for a broader modern spiritual audience.
