Overview

To get acquainted with LibAnswers, you may want to view some of the training materials provided by Springshare:

Set Up

  • Add "ask@vanderbilt.libanswers.com" to your Outlook safe senders list. This will ensure that emails from the LibAnswers system get delivered to your inbox and not spam or junk folders.
  • If your library has a shared reference email account, make sure you have permissions needed to access it if applicable.
