LibAnswers is the Vanderbilt Libraries question triage system. Patrons can submit questions about research, library services, their library account, access to materials, and more to the libraries using the "Ask a Librarian" form and it will appear in the LibAnswers queue. Each library has a designated point person or email account for these questions to be routed to. It is each library's responsibility to respond in a timely manner and close the tickets when the conversation with the patron has ended. In addition, library statistics must be submitted for each question using the form provided when a ticket is closed.
