Access your loan via PhotoShelter
This guide will show you how to access your loan after it has been processed by the TV News Archive staff. Please see "Ordering" if you need help placing your loan request.
Loan requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days. When your loan is ready, you will receive an email from "do-not-reply@photoshelter.com" Please add this email to your contacts in order to prevent the loan from being sent to your spam/junk mail.
Steps to access your items:
(1) The email you receive will look similar to the image below.
(2) Click the link to access your loan. If you are a new patron, you will be prompted to create a PhotoShelter Account by entering a new password. Returning patrons can login to their existing PhotoShelter Account.
(3) After you create your account, PhotoShelter will automatically open the "gallery" where your assets can be accessed.
(4) If you'd like to access your loan again within the 30-day loan period, you can login directly to PhotoShelter. You do not need to access your loan from your email.
Login to PhotoShelter here: https://www.photoshelter.com/login
Click on "My Accounts" and then select "Vanderbilt Television News Archive." Next, select "Go to Site."
(5) This will bring you to the galleries page where you can view your loans under the "Invited Galleries" tab in the left-hand toolbar.
