this is specifically for people that have enabled syncing with your Outlook calendar. There have been some reports of the sync not working, so will need to follow these steps to reconnect with the Microsoft Exchange server:
- Login to Libapps, navigate to LibCal, and click on "Appointments"
- under the "Integrations" tab, scroll down to Outlook/Exchange Settings
- click "Remove Authorization" at the bottom of the page.
- click "Authorize with Microsoft Account"
- Accept the permissions.
- Select your Calendar in the drop-down menu, and make sure "Yes" is toggled to on for Check Outlook/Exchange Busy times. [see attached screenshot]
- Click "save" and you should be good to go.
