Add LibAnswers Widget to libGuides

Add a “Standard” box at the guide page, where you want to display the form or button.
Within the box, click “Add/Reorder”, choose “libAnswers Widget” from the drop down

In the popup page, choose “Button” or “Embed question form” as you needed, click “save”. The button or the form will be added to your libguides now.
