Strategies for finding Diplomatic Proposals that have been transmitted to the UN by Member States
When a Member State submits a proposal to the UN in the form of a letter to the Security Council or General Assembly, you can locate the citation, including the UN document symbol, for that document using UNBISnet, the UN Library catalog. Use the UN official document system search engine to locate the UN document from the UN document symbol.
