System thresholds for maximum bills or fines or maximum overdue items have been reached. Consult your library’s circulation policies to determine if overrides might be appropriate. |
User is BARRED |
The user has been manually barred from the library system for abuse of library privileges, unpaid bills, destruction of property, etc. Barred status cannot be overridden. To find out further information on why the patron was barred, refer to notes in their user record by using the Display User Wizard. The user should be referred to the circulation desk of the library where they were barred. |
User is DELINQUENT |
The user has overdue materials and/or has bills or fines for overdue materials. This will not affect the user’s ability to charge materials until they have reached the overdue or bill thresholds for their user profile. |

User privilege will expire on: [date] |
The user’s privilege will expire on the date provided. Items charged to these users will have due dates on or before the expiration date. The records of non-affiliated users in good standing may be renewed (See Updating User Records). |
