The U.S. International Trade Commission’s site is a good resource for data, including import/export data and tariff schedules dating back to the late 1980s; see options under the “Trade & Tariffs” menu.  (To access certain data, researchers must first create a free user account.) 

Because the agency administers certain trade remedy laws, it also hosts some adjudicative materials.  For investigations, the ITC maintains a free searchable Investigations Database System whereby users can access records summarizing investigations dating back to the 1930s.  However, most of the underlying documents created during these investigations are housed in the agency’s Electronic Document Information System, which is only accessible to users associated with registered organizations.  Commercial sources for ITC materials include:
