Though many U.S. laws outside of these code titles may impact international trade, the most relevant statutory and regulatory code titles include:

• Code of Federal Regulations Title 19 - Customs Duties

There is no single federal agency with sole jurisdiction over matters regarding international trade; the work of many agencies concerns, to vary degrees, commercial matters crossing borders. This section highlights just some of the resources provided by some of the most relevant federal agencies; it is not exhaustive.  A few notable entities and sites not covered in this guide include:

• Department of Homeland Security - U.S. Customs & Border Patrol - Trade: Information concerning importing and exporting goods, laws enforced by CBF, with links to guidance, rulemakings, and digests of relevant administrative and judicial decisions, the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act, and compliance with the USMCA.
• Small Business Administration - Export Products.
• The U.S. Trade & Development Agency
