Some providers require you to have reading software installed. Which readers will work will depend on the provider. This is a selection of the sorts of software you might need to read the electronic books, either on your desktop or with a portable device.
Acrobat Reader is free software and is used to read .pdf files. It can be downloaded here. There is also a page which contains links to information on Adobe Reader for iOS and Android devices.
Some providers require you to use Adobe Digital Editions to download books. The software, for both Windows and Mac OS, is free.

Bluefire Reader is a reading application for ePUB and PDF content. It can be downloaded for iOS or Android devices.
