Tools for Accessing Library Resources

Browzine - is an app for tablets and smartphones that delivers and lets you browse, read, and save articles from thousands of the library's journals in one newsstand. BrowZine is compatible with iOS and Android tablets and smartphones. Now, for the first time, BrowZine can also be used on your laptop or computer as BrowZine Web. 

Kopernio - is a literature search and retrieval tool that helps researchers find and download PDFs from legally authorized sources such as publishers, open access repositories, and other document archives. Kopernio is a free web browser plugin that you install with Chrome or Firefox.

findit@VU - is Vanderbilt's OpenURL linking system that is used widely within library resources to connect users from citations to the full-text article.

Unpaywall - with the Unpaywall extension when you see the green tab beside a research article, click it to read the full text. You'll see our green tab on about half of articles (if we can't find full text, you'll see a gray tab.

LibKeyNomad - is a Chrome browser extension to access library resources where they are and get you to the content fast.
