The United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) does not host or facilitate arbitration between parties in international trade disputes. UNCITRAL does, however, provide rules that parties may chose to utilize in the context of trade disputes in arbitration, and a model law for international commercial arbitration for the consideration of states.
