Q: I have a lead on a collection for this initiative. Who should I talk to in the libraries about it?

A: If you have a librarian that you work with regularly, they would be happy to collaborate with you. You can also contact Holling Smith-Borne, the Director of the Wilson Music Library, who is leading the initiative for the VU Libraries.

Q: Do I need to find a curator at NMAAM to co-sponsor my application?

A: No! The libraries can identify a curator for you.

Q: Do I have to teach music courses to qualify for this funding?

A: No! Interdisciplinary applications are highly encouraged. 

Q: Can I get funding for programming related to this partnership?

A: Yes! The Arts, Discovery, and Innovation Fund is an internal funding program designed to facilitate staff and faculty collaborations.

Q: How do I apply for programming funding?

A: You can submit an application for program funding through InfoReady Review.
