Engineering Village is two databases in one -- Compendex and Inspec. Both provide scholarly journal articles, conference papers, and trade journal articles in all areas of engineering and computer science. A good source if you wan to learn about the latest research in nanotechnology.
Scholarly journal articles in all areas of the sciences. Some overlap with Engineering Village, but almost always worth searching if you are looking for the latest research. Consider limiting your results to "Review Article" to read scholarly papers that provide a review of recent developments.

Good source to get unbiased information on companies. Use the news search to find recent news on your nanotech company. Use the "company info" search to find a company profile. Another option is to "create a company list" function which will allow you to build a list of companies in particular industy, or to build a list of companies by size.
