Ways to find significant recent international law

International Courts

The official Web sites for international courts usually provide access to all court decisions in reverse chronological order and often also provide access to court filings and interlocutory orders. Two Vanderbilt Law Library Research Guides highlight and provide links to opinions and other documents hosted by a variety of International Court websites.

International Law Organizations Newsletters

Newsletters and other publications produced by international law organizations, frequently highlight significant recent or pending law that is relevant to the legal problems and issues addressed by that organization. They may highlight treaties, court decisions, arbitral decisions (although these are sometimes confidential), regulations, or where relevant, the laws of a specific country or countries.
