Journal Citation Reports (JCR) gives the impact factor and several other metrics of a journal's scholarly impact. Definition used by ISI - "The journal Impact Factor is the average number of times articles from the journal published in the past two years have been cited in the JCR year."
A search of Web of Science for articles that cite a particular authors works. Good for finding Web of Science citations for a particular article or for adding cited year limits. Harvard has a nice tutorial on using Web of Science
