Request Training from the Eskind Biomedical Library

The Eskind Biomedical Library Liaisons offer free training on selected resources to Vanderbilt University and Medical Center personnel. Current training opportunities include, but not limited to: 

  • Library Orientations
  • Vanderbilt University Library Catalog (ACORN)
  • Searching the Biomedical Literature
  • Specific databases (PubMed, CINAHL, PsycINFO, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, Web of Science)
  • Resources for the Evidence-Based Practitioner
  • Drug Information Resources
  • Citation Management (EndNote, EndNote Web/Online, Zotero)

The Eskind Biomedical Library also provides Remote Library Resource Training for current students, staff, and faculty.  This service utilizes Skype videoconferencing and allows us to answer questions and share screens in real-time. Please state in the comments box that you will require remote training. All of our meeting times will be based upon Central Standard Time.  <Download Skype>
